They are incredibly polite and professional here making the sometimes scary ultrasound appointments easier and not so confronting. The receptionists are very clear with directions when you need to go to a different section of the medical clinic and when you return they are understanding and helpful. My husband had to pop in to the office during my appointment which went for 2 hours, but they let him know an approximate time to return and they were exactly correct about the timing, so he didn't miss a thing. The procedure was actually quite fun, the sonographer had a few jokes but was also very clear with her explains ruin if what was happening. There is a fountain of water too for those concerned about not having enough fluids.
I won't choose this center for sure. I was late for my appointment this morning because I can't find a parking spot, then I lost my way in the building, (there was no sign to show you how to get up to the offices level). When I ran to the 'office level only' lift, one of them was broken! The worst of all was the person behind the reception, the person won't listen to my explain , just showed me the 'You are not welcome at all' face and throw my Medicare card back. I tried to smile back but I think from their response the person still want to kick me out. It was terrible experience that I spend 10 more minutes walking around the building up and down trying to find the small office with a full bladder. If another patient waiting behind me while I am not showing, she has the right to move forward and get the service. The reception staff should arrange that. Throwing tantrum won't solve the problem.
