We had problems since installation in 2003 - one of the sliding doors had a mark on it and it had to be replaced.
Also the cornice they installed above the wardrobe has come away from the ceiling and a large crack has formed. They have attempted repairs at least twice in the past but has never permanently fixed the issue. It still exists and they frustrate any attempt to fix it. The doors rub against the tracks and the door also don't close fully and roll back 1-2 inches on one side frequently. We have attempted to raise these issues by email and phone with the company but they are deliberately obfuscating doing anything and making excuses about the production manager not being available , never received my email , they claim have problems with their email which seems lame as when I re-sent whilst on the phone to the receptionist "C" she got it straight away.
