Clean lines, modern, simple and chic- the entertainment units at Sydneyside are really nice. The quality is expectional too with well design soft-close drawers.
The service was a bit overwhelming and in-you-face at the Castle Hill sotre- so we ended up buying it from the CrowsNest store and was serviced by Lawrence who was understanding and courteous- guding us through all the necessary details to assist with our purchase. Our unit will come in 6-8 weeks which is pretty normal for furniture but very reasonable considering ours is custom made to order. I'll see whether I am still this impressed after I get the unit delivered and installed :)
How did you feel once the unit arrived? We're considering them. We also found vast differences at the various stores we've tried.
It looked great! They installed it well. What will be interesting is that 4 weeks ago one of the hinges broke (we just opened it and it collapsed). We have emailed Sydneyside and sent photos but haven't heard back yet... So I'll let you know how their customer service is soon!
