I am so sorry, but I have to say the truth! Worst place! I have gone there twice, and I speak for myself, cousin, mother and aunty we went there and the first time I wasn't happy but thought she is new and needs another chance maybe she can get better but then my mother went, and her nails feel off after a week. I went there the second time and I wasn’t happy at all. I got a pedicure and full set and I ended up doing it myself at the shop because the nail polish was done incorrectly and also when I touched it with my nail it started to come off and it was shellac then she fixed it, but you could tell she was upset but I tried to reassure her it’s okay to not make her feel bad but could tell she was frustrated with me. then we did our nails she did such a poor effort I had to tell her so many things one had was a different size and I got the nails long but the more she fixed it and filed it down they ended up being short and I went a week ago and my nails are lifting and ...read more

very disappointed with my experience here. The therapists spoke another language over me the whole time i was there. The only thing they said to me was how much they hated doing eyelash extensions (the service i was having done) and they're going to really damage my natural lashes, after they had already done one eye. if they had given me this advice before i would have never had them done. The lashes were horrible and the service was poor quality, will not be going back!
