We chose to go with Symphony Kitchens after reading the previous reviews here. We are now regretting it as we did not have the same experience at all. It was a rocky start, with them disappearing halfway through the first day without a word and we were unable to contact them. We were left with half the kitchen ripped out for 2 days, wondering if they were even coming back. After several days of broken promises to return, they finally got started. We agreed to have them project manage and coordinate the electrician and plumber, thinking that it would be more seamless this way. Unfortunately they could not even be bothered to turn up when the electrician they arranged for showed up. The electrician had no idea what they were supposed to do and ended up calling them in. Genevieve; I am Max, and helped you to use my trades people in order to bring cost of kitchen dawn,without any charges.following our completion of job, you and Sam were very very happy with everything, as per your numerous SMS Messages, regarding our workmanship,and etc. and apology regarding how your husband "SAM" was rude to me, that i have never had a clients like you guys for the last 21 years in business Which i had accepted his apology, and finished my work. then few month later i had realised that you had put above review, which made me furious, and called you ( i think it was around Feb/2015), and you said that, you were sorry as you had put that review during caring out work at your place and everything was fine and you will move it from site.Until last week when my client point out your review, and was so embarrassed, it end up loosing my client, and so many others to. Max and his team were brilliant in providing service and delivery of my dream Kitchen, I recommend you dealing with Max in all aspects of renovating your home. he provided everything we needed at the best price I could find, we are lucky and had no problems at all dealing with him and his team working in our house, he made it very easy to recommend him again and again.
