Incredibly disappointed by dodgy workmanship.
The work agreed was for a level pad for a spa to sit on at one end of the synthetic - needed 150mm compacted gravel/roadbase. Chris agreed this was no problem and they’d go from the normal 70mm up to 150mm at that end.
The level wasn’t quite right so I decided to take up the synthetic and lay a slab. What I found was very dodgy, and Chris’s response when I contacted him to rectify/explain was even worse (pretended he didn’t do the work then blocked my number, also does not respond to emails).
I’ve got no more then 15mm gravel under the synthetic. Paid the additional for what I hoped would be quality - lucky I decided to correct the level and found this dodgy, lazy, dishonest mess!
Saved a few bucks but I suppose you get what you pay for.
