Floor looks good, but the care factor was not there, they warn that there may be a little damage to skirting boards but they managed to get big splashes of stain up the freshly painted skirting boards, on doors and doorways, even up to chest height. When I approached him to make good he stopped communicating with me and wont respond. It cost hundreds of dollars to repair all they damage they did. Can’t recommend someone who takes so little care in their work and takes no responsibility for it.

Tim the operator insisted charged cash and refused to issue invoice. He promised to give warranty for his job. I paid $1500 for his sanding job. In one week a few pieces of timber sank down. I asked him many times to come back and fix but he never came. Not trustworthy. Going to report to fairtrading soon if he doesn't come to fix within one week.
