I canceled the services in the past about 2011 and after they called me back and said we have changed our management, i am now with Systronic IT Group since more than 4 years. my business is in the position where i am now busy enough to get work and fowared the leads as well. so being a past, they helped me a lot. i hope they do same for others.
guess what, after canceling the contract with them. i been charged again and once i ask my lawyer to call and send them notice.... they start calling me from another fake name called E-Rankings. so guys be care full. once you cancell the services, you will receive another call to get cheap offer from edge ranking. i want to give negative veiws.
i wish there was a way i could have given them negative star.
They make a world of promise ,sign you up and then its difficult to get hold of them -the only form of communication they have is - send monthly reports and promises to get improved ranking next month .
I was glad the 6 month was over and would not have to waste my money anymore ( i had a conversation with JAMES WILSON -SEO MANAGER about it too) but smartly they charged my credit card on 7th month which i caught ,though they refunded saying it was an account department error after i flagged .For any small buisiness owner i would highly recommend not to fall for these so called SEO professional to improve yuour ranking they are only intrested to make money .
My experince was really bad and they do have a bad customer service .
Not recommended .
Was promised the world - they deducted money for a guaranteed website - which came back with spelling, grammatical errors
and incorrect pictures, could not get my money back and lost money in the process.Please don't use this company they are based in India and their Sydney address is only to capture the Australian market.
