Do not use this jewelers. They are rude, unprofessional and incompetent. They messed up my repair and got annoyed when I wanted the problem rectified. Whats most upsetting is that it was memorial jewelry from a baby that passed away...and the shop couldnt care less, total lack of compassion. The staff even had the cheek to say we wont be accepting any more jewelry like yours as its to much hassle!
Avoid this shop at all costs.
