TJ Kelly Surveys Pty Ltd is a multi-disciplinary land development consultancy providing surveying, town planning and project management services. Based in Beaudesert since 1993, we are involved in a broad and diverse range of development projects in South-East Queensland.

We are a client-orientated firm and believe that our strong local knowledge enables the optimum solution to be achieved for individual projects.

While most of our work is centred in the Scenic Rim region and surrounding areas (Logan City, Gold Coast and Brisbane City), we have completed projects for clients throughout Queensland. More recently we have a growing amount of work in the Southern Downs Region.
