Absolutely horrible service. Waited 45 minutes and there was only one customer in front of us. There were elderly that were made to stand all that time and not a single staff member gave us any indication of how long they would be. When we finally got service they didn't want to send my phone away to repair (which is still under warranty) they wanted us to drive in to the city ourselves to Nokia. The staff member wouldn't let up and insisted that I should take it in myself, so i asked him if sending it to the repairer was a service that Telstra offered and he said Yes, but he wouldn't do it for me cause he didn't like my attitude. (For the record i didn't raise my voice or speak offensively). Avoid this Telstra at all costs!!!
