Telstra Shop where do i start....
Dont bother going on a Thursday night as I waiting for 1h30min until I got served. Some of the staff were actually nice however from my extensive observations (while I was waiting to be served) it seemed the helpful staff were the newbies to the shop.
Anyone could tell the store is understaffed.
Even if Telstra seem to have a better deal than other networks, its not worth being in a contract with Telstra. I know Vodafone & Optus arent perfect but my god they are miles ahead of Telstra.
I only rated Telstra .5 out of 5 stars due to True Local not giving us the option to rate 0/5.
