Staff are too busy with each other and provide incorrect details to the customer. We recently connected and iphone 4 to and existing mobile account, they advised the change over would take place approximately within 2 hours , however , 7 hours later after a call to Telstra we were advised this change over would take 24 hours and neither the old phone or the iphone will be connected in this time. Very sloppy customer service, a little more time with the customer and less time with being "cool" would be strongly advised. Secondly when i call a retail store i expect an answer not a answering machine advising me how busy they are and to leave a message, yes busy indeed, being cool and not focusing on the customer, what rubbish service.
