Ta Baalbeck Lebanese Dine In Take-away

An absolute gem you would easily miss driving past, it's a little shop around on the side-street front of the Morningside Cental shopping centre. We only found it via an online voucher some time back, and we've been fans ever since; this is a must try unless you don't actually like Lebanese food! The kebabs are a quick & cheap option, but this place truly shines in the mixed platters it offers, as their traditional fare are amazingly flavored & constructed. We tend to go for the Baalbek platter or the Baalbek deluxe, as they give a great assortment of our favourite items: the cabbage rolls, vine leaves, kibbi & hummus are amazing. And just to top it off, they get some baked dessert options in from a traditional bakery for after the meal (or a pack to take home!) - try the baklava for a sweet treat.

A nice place for a quick take away or even dine in. The kebabs and services are pretty good. For a dessert you can have a traditional Lebanese Baklava which is delicious; or try a piece of Turkish delight.
