We made a booking for 10 people. Upon arrival we were advised that our table had been given to another party. we were then seated at an 8 person table, with another 2 chairs dragged across and settings laid. the only patrons in the restaurant this evening were our party and the party who were seated at our table. Orders were taken and shortly thereafter food arrived, but it wasn't ours so it went back to the kitchen. After a considerable time, food started to appear, slowly. More than 10 minutes had elapsed between when our first and last diners received their meals. 2 members of our party ordered the same dish. One arrived with a side of potatoes, the other did not. When the server was questioned about the missing side, they checked the menu, responded with 'yeah, it is supposed to come with potatoes.
