My experience just before Xmas was disappointing. After expressing my concerns re the condition and color of my hair I found the hairdresser rather rude. When I returned to have my hair looked at etc the hairdresser was again dis interested and did not even look at the condition /color of my hair. When I left I was simply ignored thank goodness a lovely apprentice took an interest. My over priced hair do will not return.
