Taboo Tattoo

Taboo tattoo is one of the best shops ive been to get a tattoo. Very professional and extremely good artists that work there. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for sterile cleanliness, good atmosphere and incredible tattoos.

After hearing fantastic reviews about this place my friend and I went in to get a very simple design. We went into the blackburn shop and had Steve do our tattoos. Both tattoos have messy wobbly lines and the ink has bled badly on both. I was very upset and disappointed. I'm currently coming up with a cover up design and I'll be going elsewhere to have it done..

I have had around 40hrs of tattooing done. I've had most of that done by Andre Cleary at taboo tattoo over the past 10yrs. I drive 2hrs to see him. He has drawn and executed some amazing custom tattoos and his work is as good as any i have seen - 10/10. Other reviwers on this site don't state what shop they were at or what tattooist they used which isnt helpful. I guarantee they havent used Andre. He's a good bloke, easy to deal with, not rude and does exceptional work. He is very professional though and takes his work seriously. He will ask for a deposit and a booking date before he will start a custom design. And he wont allow hangers on to sit around while tattooing. He is a clean freak... believe me, just watch him between tattoos and youll realise youre in safe hands. Cheers.

I was extremely thrilled with the tatoo that I got on my wrist, was first one I ever got done and must admit was a little nervous, Andre put me at ease and I LOVE it. Will be back for more.

My wife and I recently had tattoo's done by Andre' at Taboo Tattoo in Belgrave and are very happy with the service and quality of our tattoos. We would recommend them to any of our friends.
