I was here in Sunshine yesterday and needed to pick up a number of my Asian grocery’s. Having been to this particular supermarket on numerous occasions given the number of options available door to door on this strip alone. What I like about this supermarket is the fact that there is a butchery inside, seafood area and that it is quite large with a wider product range compared to its neighboring competitors. Price wise is similar, perhaps slightly cheaper in certain item and littler dearer in others. They had a special yesterday at the butchery in which lamb cutlets were only $16.99 kilo when generally $26 kilo, whilst the likes of larger supermarkets like Coles/Woolies would sell them for $36 kilo. Only 1 person operating at the checkout at the front, checkout options also available at the back exit also.

A competitive asian supermarket in central Sunshine. TAC i find to be the cheapest amongst the others on majority of items. Not only is it your asian grocery but also has a butcher and roast duck/pork corner which isn't the greatest but i never come to TAC for that. I only come to TAC for the fresh greens and fruits. Occasionally for the packets of noodles and asian herbs, spices and sauces. Service isn't the greatest but if you know what you are after service is quick and speedy. Usually it's just in & out with not much communication. It does get busy during the weekend with a lot of asians doing their shopping so the line to pay can be a a bit of a wait but the staff are generally quick with serving. Good TAC has 2 entrances, front and back so makes it easy to walk through as a short cut even if you don;t purchase anything.
