I have a friend who loves Mexican Food and whenever he happens to have a birthday it is always at a Mexican Restaurant. Okay, this place has no connection with him whatsoever (since he lives in Adelaide) however when I was in Brighton I was at a loss as to what I would have to eat (and the noodle shop had just closed). Anyway, I looked across the road and sure enough I spied a Mexican Restaurant, so I knew what I was going to have for dinner. Anyway, the staff hadn't opened yet, but they decided to make an exception for me, which is big bonuses in my books (anybody who would turn down a customer simply does not deserve to be in business) and the con-carne was simply awesome. Okay, I don't have Mexican all that often, but it is good to know a place where you can get some decent food, and this is one of those places.
