Eat here often. Never had any issues. Exactly what you would expect from a Taco Bill restaurant. Not as clean or tidy looking as some of the others but service is pretty good.
I would expect a Taco Bill restaurant to be as clean and tidy as the other (better) ones...hence the point of having franchise standards.
Customers: this Taco Bill is far below the expected standards you may have from having frequented a Taco bill in the past.
I went to taco bill-frankston last night and it was terrable. my partner asked for his meal with out tomatos and was told it comes in the mix so he had to have it that way. the food was reheated, which you could easily tell...the plate was hot yet the center of the food was ice cold.
They need a course in customer service. Six hungry people get there early and doors not open! Bloody cold so we went elsewhere. next time let us in.
If they open at 6.00, that means 6.00 not earlier. Do you go to work earlier than you have to?
I came to this Taco Bill for a friend's birthday and ordered nachos & a fishbowl. To my surprise the "cocktail" was full of disgusting syrup and tasted absolutely nothing like a 'Fruit Tingle'. When I asked if i could take it back or get a new one, I was refused and ordered to pay the $40 for a drink I couldn't have. Horrible customer service, disgusting food and disgusting cocktails. WORST Taco Bill i have ever been too! Avoid!
First off, the "disgusting" syrup is real puree strawberries... and just because you personally don't like the flavour of a margarita does not make it bad... maybe next time you should get a glass instead of a pancho vila and make sure you actually like it!
