What is Sun Style T'ai Chi?
Of the five main styles of T'ai Chi, Sun style is the most recent and arguably one of the most sophisticated. Sun style is characterised by its upright posture, street-wise martial arts moves and its 'follow-up' step. Sun Lutang, already a master of Xing Yi Quan, Bagua Zhang and Wu (Hao) Style T'ai Chi created this syncretic form, drawing on aspects of all three martial arts into his 'Sun' style.

What is Neigong?
Neigong is the study and practice of the 'internal' arts. These practices are mainly concerned with the cultivation of Qi for health, posture and whole body power.

What can you learn with us?
We can teach you one or more of the Sun style forms which you can practice alone. We can also teach you the basics of Neigong, which can be used to complement your T'ai Chi.

Simple, intermediate and advanced forms
We teach three forms of Sun style: T'ai Chi for Arthritis (41 form), Competition Routine (73 form) and Traditional Routine (97 form).

Standing meditation and posture alignment
We practice zhan zhuang standing pole meditation as the core of our Neigong training and the foundation for developing core strength. We primarily train San Ti Shi (San Cai Zhuang) and Kan Zhuang (Hun Yuan) postures.
