Tailored Solutions Airconditioning and Heating

Tailored Solutions installed a ducted air conditioning system for us back in 2016. Installation was peformed quickly and with little inconvenience to our family. We had an issue a couple of years later, but it was dealt with quickly and at no cost to us.

Our Braemar unit decided to stop heating our house earlier this week. So, I needed help and having discovered that the firm that carried out the last service was no longer around I turned to True Local. I found Tailored Solutions Aircon & Heating and liked the reviews that I found.
So, I called Stuart. He handled my enquiry in a very professional manner and advised that he could come to our place the day after to take a look at our unit.
Stuart arrived on time and completed the service inside 30 minutes. It turned out that we needed a new part as well.
When it came to payment, Stuart said he would send an invoice for his services which he did later that day. There were no hidden costs.
I will be retaining Stuarts contact details and based on my experience I would happily recommend him to others.

STOP LOOKING. If you are looking for a prompt response, informative solution and motivated team to solve your heating or cooling issues then look no further. After experiencing constant disappointment with slack tradesman who don't bother to call you back or turn up at appointments, I try not to expect too much. I can say I was extremely impressed with the turn around time when I contacted Stuart by email. I was contacted the next day, with a visit and quote done within 2 days. I found Stuart to be motivated, informative and very easy to deal with. More impressive was the speedy install and clean up afterward and the respect my home was given in terms of the care they took to avoid damage and mess (I have white carpet).
