Business class mobile pet pampering. Because your best friend deserves to be pampered too!Tails and Whiskers is Business Class mobile pet pampering. Why? Well what is business class? When I think of business class I think of 'just a little bit more'. And that's what I have tried to give you here. Just a little bit more.
From the luxury setting inside my mobile salon, to the top range equipment and products. All shampoos, conditioners, deoderisers etc are the best around. Not the most expensive, the best. Tried and tested, natural and additives free. With this you are not only helping your pet's coat and skin, but also the environment with a more friendly product hitting the grass.
Being inside a high roof, wide body van (rather then a small trailer) means not only more 'leg and head room' but also a safer, more secure environment for your pet. Doors can be closed for wind, rain, noise, especially nervous pets, cats and extra pets who want to watch and keep cool. There are fans for the heat and the bath has heated water for the cooler months.
My hydrobath is top spec and utilises 2 tanks. This means fresh, clean, warm water for each and every dog or cat. Please please if you are shopping around for a dog washer make sure they use a twin tank bath. One tank means no rinse, means dirt left on the dog, means no way to disinfect and have a warm bath right away.All my equipment is Australian made, from the bath to the clippers to the true blue Davey pump.

Lou is fantastic with animal's my two golden retrievers absolutely love her - and that's saying something for dogs who generally run away if they think they are going to get a bath. I love the products she uses, the van is great (provides extra safety for my pets) and her customer service awesome. I would not use any other dog groomer!

This is the first time I have used Tails and Whiskers and admittedly I was a little dubious after reading a few of the reviews below (and I voiced this to Lou (the owner?). It is also the first time I have ever had my shih-tzu groomed professionally as I have always done it myself (I just found out that the blades on my clippers are blunt!). She was amazing! She was friendly, efficient and made Charlie-Rainbow feel at ease and even used Malaseb shampoo on him as he gets 'hot-spots'. I also found her pricing extremely competitive compared to others that I researched yesterday. Highly recommend and will definitely use her again!

**DISGRACEFUL**
This groomer arrived, and was greeted by my wife. After my wife introducing herself, she asked what this groomer needed to get started. The groomer asked for power and water, which was provided. My wife then gave one of our 2 dogs (small maltese/shih tzu and a small cavoodle).
