We emphasis functional training, using bodyweight and weights, rather than just putting you through a series of machines that are one dimensional and an inefficient training method. We get much faster than average results without additional injury risk due to our careful selection of training programs and detailed client management.
We believe that building a personal relationship, teamwork with you, and gaining a true understanding of you and your circumstances, is a key to helping you reach your goals. We've worked with many many clients and have some stunning results to show for our team efforts. Our Studio
Our studio is spacious with a number of separate training areas. We can comfortably run multiple buddy personal training sessions, group classes, and yoga or nutrition session concurrently. In keeping with our emphasis on functional training we have large variety of equipment for trainers to choose from. This includes some machines, and lots of other gear that gets that extra training effect for the same effort.
