Takechiho Sushi Bar

At Takechiho Food you can order your basic sushi handrolls and sashimi packs or try something a little bit more traditional such as a Unagi Dom lunchbox (traditional Japanese lunch box of steamed rice and marinated eel meat) giving it that slight edge over your typical sushi franchise places.

Servicewise they are great however for the food itself I feel this is probably some of the worst and most untraditional sushi around.

Being someone who makes sushi at home myself I can tell from taste that they use ordinary tangy mayonaise whereas proper sushi is meant to be made using a mild, creamy Japanese mayo such as Kewpie.

They also tend to overload their sushi with wasabe and it takes away alot of the natural flavour of the nori and fillings.
