Had a really enjoyable date here. There’s a really nice, romantic ambience here, we were seated right by the window in the front. We ordered the $60 set menu and there was just enough food for the both of us. All the dishes on this menu was amazing. We both really enjoyed the ox tongue, the raw beef and the salmon. I didn’t particularly enjoy the green tea ice cream, it tasted too icy instead of creamy. Overall, a really amazing experience, friendly service. One thing I didn’t like is which every card payment you choose (even eftpos) there is a surcharge.

They are famous here for their wagayu all you can eat grill l. It is simply delicious the way the marble meat melts in your mouth. The squid and pork was also delicious. I came here on a Groupon voucher with friends and we were really impressed with the food and wait service. I've come here for lunch on a couple of occasions and have also enjoyed it.

We went to Takumi as a group of 4 with a Groupon deal for a 10-course Wagyu and Seafood degustation. I had booked via email and received prompt confirmation.

Our degustation kicked off with a bowl of edamame each. An individual plate of Takumis special (lightly grilled Wagyu eye fillet) and salmon carpaccio followed. Both the Wagyu and salmon were thinly sliced, with generous portions for a starter dish. Next came chicken ball skewers, which were surprisingly tasty.

the top quality beef which melt in your mouth. fantastic value and yet sophisticated atmosphere.

I had beef curry this time. the shop is not visually out standing in the busy city location. An ideal place for private for two or with friends group, co-operate dinning with importance.

A excellent top quality Japanese restaurant we went with a Groupon deal, so got it for a very good price. The food was plated to perfection, you know looks to good to eat, could be used as art work. Every thing tasted great but the best was the wagyu beef which you cook yourself on a very hot charcoal grill which is placed into a well in the table. It certainly adds to the fun of the night. Everyone was very friendly and efficient they have two serving times 6 to 8 then 8 to late. We where there at 6. If you prefer a more relaxed time book the late sitting but 2 hours was perfect for us. A big thank you to Nao for looking after us so well.
