Talbot Park Canine Lodge

The only decent thing about this kennel is the girl that showed us around. The signage is unclear out the front for people who have never been before as there is no 'footpath' as we were leaving the damp crammed kennels we bumped a rock ledge which we immediately apologised for and offered to pay for. The owner of the kennels went absolutely mental at us swearing profusely and abusing us. She yelled over the top of our apologies, then went over to her partner and continued her rant.
The kennels are tiny, hosed briefly and the 'walk' is just around a paddock.

Would definitely not trust my dogs under her "care".

1. Very unimpressed with having to park on the side of a busy road in the pouring rain, as a sign on the gate says to park on the "footpath". This sign is confusing and it's no surprise people still drive in to the property, only to be told off by staff.

2. Dogs walked "rain, hail or shine" even when staff were asked for no walking if raining as dogs really hate being wet.

Couldn't have been happier with customer service & way they looked after my dog & the price is very reasonable compared to most others...
I honestly think my dog would have been quiet happy to stay there for the whole year & more!! I highly recommend this place it's the only place I will leave my dog.

Fantastic Facilities and lovely people a nice family business, they looked after my dog wonderfully he came back so happy and healthy i like the fact they don't mix dogs and don't charge extra for walking or medication! i wouldn't go anywhere else and defiantly recommend this kennel to look after your dogs!
