STAY AWAY UNLESS YOUR HAPPY TO BE TREATED TERRIBLY. Management staff is rude. They enter without sending notices. They never fix maintenance. The communication from them was terrible they told me once they didn't have time to deal with my problems and they never respond to emails.

We also handed back the keys last week and when I called to see what was happening with our bond I was told new tenants have moved in and the principal who answered the phone said that they hadn't seen the property ut they said it was ok, but if there was any problems they will let me know when new tenants return their entry report.. Worst property estate on the gold coast, don't care about their tenants one bit, they take months to get even simple repairs done, our pool had to be refilled 3 times because valve in the bottom was faulty and they have the hide to deduct our bond for excess water we were offered no compensation for not being able to use the pool for 2 months. Took away our lounge room blind for a repair and never returned it despite numerous phone calls. Took 8 weeks to get dishwasher replaced after it died. 2 weeks to get leaking tap fixed too.

Very unprofessional real estate. Tried claiming our bond which we ended up getting nearly all of it back, tried charging us for a certain utility bill knowing very well that they couldn't, the list goes on....Do not rent through them, it does seem like they do just want your money and the management is arrogant and rude!!! STAY AWAY

As above, we were renting from them for 18 months. Constantly rude and have no respect for their tenants at all. We left in the end because of how they treated us and before leaving they were sending people through our home without even telling us! One morning my husband got out of the shower to see a group of prospective tenants walking through the house and tallai property world just told us that they had advised us but they had not. Stay away from them the management is the worst which explains it I think! Rent somewhere else is our firm advice

Extremely rude and arrogant group of professionals. We have other friends who have also had the same terrible experience (mostly by the management). We have just sold a property through them and it is the biggest mistake made for a long time! If you value old fashioned respect stay away from these people! They just want your money.
