Just had to write to say I've had the most incredible experience at TDS in Cronulla. I was looked after from start to finish and was completely pampered for 3 hours; they catered for my gluten-free palate (!!!) and provided me a sumptuous fruit platter with yogurt and fruit juices. If you want to have a truly incredible Day Spa experience, take the time to come out to Cronulla and drift away!
Where can I start?!? Not only does Tamarind offer a large range of services to provide for all clients they also offer alternate services such as Reiki and a Physic Medium. Tamarind is my go to place for physical and mental relaxation and every time I am treated like royalty. I love the girls at Tamarind Day Spa and always look forward to my treatments there. I've been going here long enough that I would call the staff here my friends, not my therapists and that makes for a much more enjoyable and personalised experience. I congratulate Michelle and Maureen for running such an amazing business for the 11 years they have been here and I hope there will be many more to come!
I would like to say that every time I have had a treatment at Tamarind Day Spa I have been made to feel like a princess. The staff are so friendly and helpful and explain all that is happening with the treatment being done. I cannot fault their service and I would recommend them to my friends and family.
I would give less "stars" if I could. This place should be avoided. I had an eyebrow wax to say I was severely disappointed would be a huge understatement. I had to go back twice to get the job done. The first time it was not evident a wax had taken place and I had to go back to get it fixed up. On the second time, they took so much off they obviously didn't listen to my directions to just tidy it up. Will take months to grow back and definitely NOT what I wanted to have to go into an important job interview.
The people are friendly, but that doesn't make up for incompetence.
