The best gourmet experience on the mountain.A botique cooking school in the Gold Coast hinterland of SE Queensland. Enjoy a memorable day learning to cook a 4 course lunch then sitting down at a beautifully laid table and have it served to you. We use the freshest and best seasonal regonal produce, much of it from the on site organic garden. The food is matched with complimentary wine. The school is set in two acres of landscaped gardens with views that you are welcome to take a stroll in. We promise a memorable day featuring the best of what Tamborine Mountain has to offer.

A truly unique experience!! I would highly encourage the novice and professional alike to participate. I not only enjoyed a fabulous fun filled day, but I gained skills that I now utilise in my own kitchen.

More a cooking retreat than a school. From the beautiful setting, warm greetings, attention to detail to the enthusiasm Terri displays when teaching and sharing her love of cooking, it is a day to remember. She is happy to share her chef's secrets as well as sourcing the local produce that she is so passionate about. Our Mediterranean menu included lemon slice and tea on arrival, filo tartlets, a Greek vegetable, juicy prawns and succulent lamb. The dessert of Panna Cotta and poached quinces was divine.
