Tamborine Mountain Caravan & Camping

I booked and paid for 3 nights. Unfortunately, on the first night I was unable to get to the camping due to a motorbike break down. I emailed the camp ground at about 2:45pm to let them know that I couldn't get there that day but would be there the second and third nights of my booking. I received no response. I tried to phone at around 3pm on the second day to confirm I was coming (my motorbike having just been repaired). No answer and no response to my phone message.
