Tan-Y-Bryn is a comfortable four-bedroom house, in the foothills of Mount Wellington in Hobart, Tasmania.Tan-Y-Bryn is a tranquil and comfortable retreat. is set in a beautiful, secluded landscaped garden, yet only 10 minutes drive to the centre of Hobart.The house is fully furnished, has a well equipped kitchen, separate dining room, large comfortable lounge room, laundry and outdoor eating area with gas barbecue. It has reverse cycle air conditioning, and lock up garage. There are three double bedrooms (two with queen, one with twin beds) and one single bedroom. Breakfast supplies for the first morning, complimentary port, cookies, tea and coffee are provided.It is situated at the eastern boundary of Wellington Park, Hobart's largest flora and fauna reserve.
