My husband and I had dined here before, and enjoyed the meal, and loved that it was reasonably priced. So for my birthday we booked a table for 12... We all ordered from the banquet menu ($25 per person minimum 2 people). We waited for a long time for entrees, one of which they said they didn't have enough of so we had less than what we were paying for. We then waited another long period before mains, only to be told they have not got any butter chicken (this was the reason we had chosen banquet A! We should have been told this at the time of ordering), so it was substituted with a lamb dish. Although we were frustrated that we waited 2 hours for our main, the food was yummy and we all enjoyed it. So we then went to pay. They tried to charge us $50 per person saying that we ordered a double banquet each. We clearly had made our order, and there was no way we ordered double each!! well I would never have paid what they charged.... just the $25 plus drinks. I've been there before like you did and it was nice but I can imagine that they are not prepared to have too many people. but it is disgusting how they treated you
Wow, great absolutely wonderful, tasty food.
We were welcomed and tended by friendly attentive staff. There is a great selection of different dishes, we ordered quite a few dishes as to try a bit of everything and were surprised how fast it came to the table. The servings look small but once you eat a bit of everything we were so full we couldn't fit in dessert.
The restaurant is simply decorated and the ambiance was delightful and very comfortable.
I can not recommend this restaurant more highly if you enjoy an authentic Indian food, great service and value for money. It also does take away.
