Tangerine Telecom

Following such a bad experience with one of the big ISP's (say Yes!) that they let me out of my contract, After a lot of research I found Tangerine Telecoms (with an excellent ranking).
I signed up and to my dismay the speed was still slow. I reported it and 'Jan' from Tangerine was assigned to the problem and he pursued it over three NBN interventions until they finally sorted out the bad copper cabling between my home and their node. Thanks to Tangerines ( via Jan) persistence I now have 22Mbps down and 5 Mbps up. I couldn't be happier and have no hessitation in recommending Tangerine - their service and support are excellent.

I was getting increasingly disillusioned with Iinet's disinterested customer service. When I moved to a house in an NBN area, I decided to try Tangerine who get so many great reviews.

At every step of the connection process they kept me completely informed and everything happened like clockwork. The connection to the NBN went very smoothly and the only slight hiccup was the phone function initially not working because I asked for an earlier connection date. Gale Arevalo in the technical support area soon got it working for me. Ann Canlas and Peeya have also been super friendly and helpful when I've had a few questions about the service, and I thank everyone there.

Tangerine Telecom is one of those rare companies who treat customers as people, not merely account numbers. Iinet and other ISPs could learn a lot from them.

Jan Fernandez assisted in helping set up our BYO modem and connect to NBN - what a wonderful customer service rep! He made the connection process so easy and stress free! So far, we are really happy with Tangerine. It's affordable, flexible (no contract) and easy to set up. Highly recommended!

Tangerine have been really helpful with setting my up new NBN account. The guy from NBN messed up the actual install, but Jan from their Tech department talked me through reprogramming the modem and getting it all up and running. Lovely guy, really talkative and helpful.

Fast and easy connection to the NBN. Had issues with previous providers but these guys got it sorted. Now enjoying fast internet loads better than my previous ADSL service. Thanks to the team for helping get me on. I couldn't recommend them more for someone looking for good service at a great price.
