We offer training on Mondays and Fridays, at the Hallett Cove R-12 School, Gledsdale Rd, Hallett Cove, SA 5158.

Rhythmic Gymnastics involves the use of apparatus: - Rope - Hoop - Ball - Clubs - Ribbon -

Recreational Gymnastics: Fridays 4:00pm - 4:45pm (3 - 5 year olds)

Gymnastics Levels 1 - 2: Mondays 6:00pm - 7:30pm

Competition Gymnastics Levels 3 and above: Mondays and Fridays 6:00pm - 7:15pm

Junior Squad Training: Mondays and Fridays 6:00pm - 8:00pm

Senior Squad Training: Mondays 6:00pm - 9:00pm, Fridays 5:00pm - 9:00pm and Saturdays 8:30am - 12:00pm

Rhythmic Gymnastics gives children confidence in performing, co-ordination, flexibility, apparatus handling, as well as a positive environment for making new friends.

We offer optional participation in State and National Championships, Multiples Competitions, Two Apparatus Competitions, Future Stars Competitions, etc.

So.. if your girl likes to twirl a ribbon, bounce a ball, skip with a rope, roll a hoop, and have fun.. them come along. First visit is FREE. Hope to see you soon :)
