Love this restaurant - came with my best friend for a cosy and intimate evening and that's how we enjoyed it over glasses of sangria and plates of delicious food. With dishes made to share, it was perfect for having a taste of a wide variety on the menu. I would highly recommend this place for date nights
Tapa Vino in the heart of the city is a quirky, bustling Spanish sherry bar. The staff were so lovely, we walked in and managed to get a seat. From the moment that they gave us water for the table there was never a time when I didn't have a full water glass, even though the staff are so busy they were practically sprinting up and down the narrow staircase. You are right in the heart of the Sydney CBD but could swear you were in the heart of Spain. There are quotes about sherry written sporadically on the walls and the interior decor is sophisticated, rustic and mood lit. My boyfriend and I went here on a Monday night for a quick glass of red, cheese and spanish tapas. The portion sizes are perfect for sharing with two, we chose 5 dishes and were nicely full. I specifically loved the yellow fin tuna cruda with almonds and the pea smash ensalada. If you're in the city and looking for somewhere with charm and personality definitely visit Tapavino.
To celebrate the completion of our mooting submissions, the team and I travelled to Tapa Vino in Circular Quay. Built on the culture of ‘sip-a-little-bit-of-this-and-eat-a-little-bit-of-that’, Tapa Vino’s entire menu is designed for groups and sharing which was seemed like a perfect way to begin the evening.

This was split into the categories of ‘Bocados’ (snacks), ‘From the Sea’ and ‘From the Land’. All of the meals below came in small portions that could be easily ...read more
Thank you to my boss for taking me and showing me a fantastic hot spot in Sydney CBD for a great dining experience. A busy business trip, tied from a long day, out team was treated to enjoy some Spanish tapas. Everything on the menu looked and sounded so good. It was really hard to decide. But thank you to our boss who has been many times made some recommendation. The siders of mini burgers, so cute and gobbled down in one bite was the best. I probably could have fit down another 5, but had to save my stomach for other dishes to come. The pate, yum yum yum. I didn't hold back on this dish as pate is my favourite to have with good bread. We also had the lamb and raw tuna. Not a big fan of tuna but this one was good as the sauce or what it was soaked in make it so easy to go down. We finish off with a cheese plate to share. I was only able to get a few little bites down because i was so full but those fee little bites i wish i had extra room because the ...read more
