The decor is very inviting and traditional Balinese/Thai influence, which was promising when I first arrived. The while experience overall was OK, but the massage itself felt a bit rushed, the masseuse wasn't really putting n much effort it seemed, however the shop is lovely and atmosphere is quite relaxing.
Have been here twice as i bought vouchers. First time was ok, but not really a massage i would go back to. The staff was very nice though, and first time quite professional. Second time The opposite happened, the massage was great, but the staff wasn't very professional. Towel moving was very floppy and handskin quite though, so on sensitive areas like the neck it felt a bit scratchy. It just felt like staff really didn't wanna be there.
I have been here twice and the people are lovely. When you walk in you feel as if you are in a spa in Thailand (except for the price of course). The first time I went the person was fantastic but I forgot to grab their name. The second time a different staff member was only average. There is 4 massage places within 100m of each other so competition is vast in the area. If you like Thai style or relaxing massages I would definitely recommend this is place. The Thai only style massages are very reasonable in price but the other styles I find very expensive.
