Target

I've been going to this Target since I was quite young. They have everything that you need at great prices.

The staff are also super friendly and are willing to help you find what you are looking for.

Great store, only one thing that annoys me is that every time I go there, there is so much rubbish or items on the floor really needs to be cleaned up!

Excellent customer assistance in the toy department, the young boy was so stressed and busy as you know it's Christmas, stopped everything he was doing and helped me out. Never had that from any retail shop. Excellent work

Some staff making up their own rules to deny refunds. A particular staff from Bankstown Target refused to refund an online order without a print out of my tax invoice (which i had shown on my phone), stating they can only accept printed copies. When i asked what customers without printers do? They replied that they sends them off to the nearest internet cafe to get one. I thought this was ridiculous, i shouldn't have to waste my time and resources to end up returning something I'm not satisfied with. The conversation had not ended when they very rudely walked away. After angrily leaving the store, i went home, the online department confirmed i do not need a print out and all they had to do was contact them to confirm it. This isn't the first time the same incident has happened at this store. Not satisfied with customer service at all from senior staff there. Very disappointing!

Great store! Excellent range of products, and some great deals, special offers. I love their DVD section and have picked up some great titles at bargain prices. The store is well layed out and everything is easy to find. I have always found the staff very helpful and always polite.
