Customers have a huge range of products to choose from at this well known retailer. Women's, Men's & Children's clothing and underwear, footwear, cosmetics and accessories. Find all of your homewares, manchester, bedding, appliances and toys.
I visit Target Eastgardens regularly and I love this stores recently completed makeover which makes it a lot better place to shop in. The lighting change made the store a little more premium, and bigger main aisles make it feel very spacious.
This store now has a lot more checkouts (although there are still no self-serve checkouts as of now) so the checkout queues are now more bearable. The store also has free Wi-Fi, which is very useful for when comparing prices online.
The store still showcase the same product ranges, including a lot of their Target brand items which I think are good value buys. However, I am a bit disappointed when I could only find a very little range of mens sports clothing when there was a whole section for womens.
The checkout staffs are very friendly as usual (they are always exceptional with their service) although I find it difficult to find them when I need their help from their store floor.
Great quality in general thoughout all categories. And its good that they're giving bags out too. But there was one staff member in particular who seriously needs to learn how to talk to a customer normally. Staff is so stuck up and doesn't even care if they just offend customers with the rude tone when clearly I was just smiling and asking a question. Other staff members are in general well-coordinated and nice.
There are slow, understaff at the lay by section, not 1 bit of help but happy to finish gossiping to each other before serving u.
Not a smile, they don't even ask if u want a bag for ur multiply purchases I'm suppose to carry with a child, Im happy to pay if u ask.
There happy to give u an earful because I forgot my lay by receipt too. Geez, I have a target card but this must be too hard to look up my details.
Also another staff member being so rude to another staff member in front of everyone because she was unsure.
I would have to say it was never like this only recently since the renovations, I don't know if there's a staff change or what but this is the last time I go to target @ Westfields Eastgardens.
As soon as I finished my shop here it was a relief to find ppl at others so lovely to help.
