The worst customer service so far i've experienced...I was waiting for my turn to checkout after standing in a long queue then suddenly the staff in the counter disappears saying nothing.. It would be better if they at least put a "counter close"sign .. I'd have gone to another counter and wud hav saved my time ...ridiculous !!!

very bad service, i bought a toy, and left it in their store cos i it is too big i got lots of things to carry at that time, when i gent back there to pick up that toy this week with receipt, they cannot find the toy and they cannot give me the toy.It is so unbelievable,you cannot find it, it is your reponsiblility. i paid and then i got nothing. I do not care this toy , only 59 dollars. it is not big deal. their staff attitude was too bad, and made me so angry. i said i got receipt you can check the camera and you will know what happened, they told me they will call me back. so far they have not. I am so disappointed. cos i love this store so much before, i always go shopping there.

They actually have a good range of clothing- got my long black jacket for there extremely cheap! Also good for buying cheap DVDs (the classics that you can't find anymore!)

The best resource for cheap DVDs. No one really thinks to go here when new releases first come out. I get them at well below normal price here. The staff are helpful and friendly and even hold things for you when you forget your cash.
