Okay, doctors are busy, we understand but when we ring to ask if they are running on time!? Please tell us the truth. Waited 40 minutes after been told on phone that doctor is running on time. Rang 20th September Wednesday at 7:00 pm and the worst part is, receptionist will never say their name over the phone ( so that they can shift balme on other staff members ) doctors are good but management has to understand that first point of contact is reception, so please train them or get better staff

If you want a place to wait 1 hour+ over your booked appointment time, this is the place to go. .. if you have no other option, still go somewhere else

Great medical centre! Great doctors! BUT! There's this just one older receptionist who is absolutely rude and cranky over the phone/in person. Not something you need to deal with when you are unwell as it is. Please kindly look into this matter. This is clearly an issue looking at past reviews.

Rude reception staff,every time you ask if doctor is free and if we can come in early they would say yes, so you get there 30 mins early and wait for 1:30 hour.

I have only been going here for a few weeks now and there is 1receptioist there that is always soo rude, I would'nt recommend this place to any1 unless they get some better service
