The customer service was terrible. The owner made me feel that I did not understand anything because I am a woman and did not care when I tried to explain why I needed to know when the car was ready. The car was delayed 4 times with no communication by them. It took 4 weeks instead of 2 weeks and each time I called on the day prior to double check I can pick up the car, the receptionist was rude and cold.
I recommend to only use them if you are a man and have no kids with car seats to worry about.

These guys are fantastic!! Couldn't recommend them enough. They knew I needed a car for work so they gave me a replacement car while I got mine fixed, they also cleaned and handed my car back in perfection condition. Their customer service skills are of a huge standard, they are polite helpful and ensure that you have a great experience with them. They are no where close to where I live, but considering the other types of services around Melbourne it is worth the drive.

Unfortunately I had another small incident however I had no hesitation in going back to Sebastian & Chris, when I picked up my car it was perfect. I can't recommend them enough from the moment I went there for the quote to the day I picked up the car they were always there and made me feel special. Thank you for the great service
