Tasmanian Heat Pump Centre

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. We purchased a Mitsubishi heat pump from Tasmanian Heat Pump Centre Launceston and it couldn't heat a very small area of our house. We have a Daikin heat pump that heats most of our house easily so wanted to pay the difference to upgrade. We were told that we are wrong and and if we wanted to exchange it would be $1300 (even though the difference in price on our quote was $300 and we'd already paid $2500 for the Mitsubishi and installation). Never use this company, we are stuck with a heat pump that doesn't heat the area we bought it for, had to deal with terrible customer service and the company takes no onus for its wrong doings.
