I would not recommend Tassie Blinds. We initially chose them because of their great customer service when providing a quote, despite them not being the cheapest option. Once our order was placed, all customer service went.
The product (pretty stock standard) was late, another order was incorrect (both in length of blinds and specs of accessories) and one order was missing parts. The staff hardly ever return phone calls and certainly never provide customer service by ringing you to provide an update - you always have to call first.
I am providing this review as we are in the building industry and renovate regularly and I have not received such poor service from a local company.

Been a locally owned small business, we take all feedback seriously and would like to assure you that this is an isolated case. Dealing with thousands of individual customers each year, unfortunately we do sometimes make some mistakes, and it so happened to be your order.
We have identified your particular case based on your description above and discovered a flaw in our procedures. We have since remedied this by employing a new staff member in this area.
