Previously Taste Baguette, the similarly named Taste Providore at Woollahra is one nice, intimate local corner shop with breezing atmosphere, bringing locals and visitors alike to want to check out what they have got to offer. The shop is more like a takeaway area at the front, and at the back is a home styled seats as well as outdoor backyard seats.
Most of the food offerings circle around the theme of croissants, salad, and cakes. The foods were freshly prepared and had decent serving sizes and of reasonable prices too. They also stock up some edible products, displayed on the wall shelves on the opposite side of the counter.
I was able to visit this store on an early Saturday afternoon, and all staffs seem to be occupied and behind the counter, making me wonder if they do eat-in services. I guess the trick is to just line up with the rest of the people who are there for takeaways.
