Unfortunately, this tiny few seats restaurant deliberately double-books each table, and no sooner have u had your last mouth full and the staffs are pushing u to vacate the table. It's a bit over the top actually, because we had guests out for dinner and they felt uncomfortable at being pushed out even though they weren't ready to leave. We had 2 bottles, but only enough time to open the first one. Strange. Clearly this restaurant reckons the "kerching' of the cash register is more important than patrons having a relaxed time. Eat up - Pay up - Get out.
I have been a regular customer at this restaurant for 2 years and never have I experienced what you state above... Always friendly and very accommodating :)
Hi Emma, Thank you for your valuable feedback.For over 2 generations & 30 years,we have always put our 100% effort,as a family, in providing our customers the freshest meals and that great experience that they deserve. I am deeply sadden that you were not able to enjoy that experience. We try to ensure that everyone are relaxed so all tables booked through me would always allow enough time for our customers to dine comfortably. If possible, we'd even direct the next booking to a different table just so you can continue dining without interruptions. We'd never accept bookings without confirming that you are ok with possible tight timing.Obviously, mistakes can happen and maybe a staff made an error but we hope you understand that we never put quantity over quality, otherwise we'd be long gone.
