Got my first tattoo here 2 months ago, then got it touched up a month ago. The artist took the reference picture I gave him and copied it exactly - but because I liked the picture I didn't mind, but thinking back on it that just shows he's not very creative, doesn't it? Anyway, when he touched it up he messed it up pretty bad and I started regretting getting the tattoo done there. He used a different colour than he originally did for the outline, only went over some of the outline so you could see the different colours, the outlining he didn't go over faded almost completely, his line work was shaky, and when I asked him to put a certain colour element back into the tattoo (as it had faded) he guessed the shade of the colour he had used previously and if you hadn't guessed, it was the wrong colour. Never going back there again and making sure to tell people not to go there. Also I've seen a new tattoo artist who is going to cover it up, that's how bad it is.
I recently got a tattoo touched up at tattoo you. When i walked in there i received the worst customer service, the tattoo artist hardly spoke to me while i got the tattoo and was quite rough on it. Its not the first time i have received bad service there and i certainly won't be going back there again.
worst service I have ever received. called up to ask about tattoos and the staff who picked up was rude from the get go. I only wanted to ask about booking in for a tattoo ad the process, and their tone only indicated impatience and attitude. you just cost yourself a huge sale from 2 minutes of extremely poor service and communication. will be looking elsewhere.
