As regular travellers between Sydney and Byron Bay my wife and i have been keeping a lookout for quality restaurants and pubs up and down the coast. A couple of weeks ago we called in at Scotts Head and decided to try the food at Taverna Six.
The service was fast, very friendly and we were never left waiting. The food was well presented and the portions were very well sized. I had the goat as a main and both my wife and i enjoyed the most amazing desert we have had in a while. A Turkish delight, ice cream combination topped with Pistachio floss. We have never had anything quite like it.
I highly recommend this great little place. It's nice to see small coastal towns like Scotts Head producing some truly unique and top quality food.
