I had a lovely experience at Tanzzanna. I had bought a Groupon which I never had before and reading past reviews I was a bit worried. Finding like in all businesses there had previously been a few hiccups with staff they had clearly put this behind them.
The staff were so friendly and accommodating and Mare gave me such a fantastic cut and blowave. I will defiantly be back.

Stay away!! Had attended on booked day and time for a groupon pampering only to be told to wait 30min as they were behind and then told they had stuffed up the booking so couldnt deliver the groupon purchased pampering they rebooked me to another day but they were closed on that day but cashed in my voucher and lied to groupon stating they delivered the services. They are on so many groupon, scoopon etc sites so be warned!!!
A very disappointing experience. I had really been looking forward to the 2 hour pamper package which included massage, facial, mani/pedi, eyelash & eyebrow tint. The beauticians were pleasant, the massage and facial were fine, but the mani/pedi was one of the worst I have ever had! Very messy, poor coverage, rushed and not at all durable. It was not a professional job, I could have done better at home. The lash and brow tint was ok, but I was never shown a mirror to check how it looked and when I got home, I discovered that one of my eyebrows was only half coloured! Also my lashes were barely darkened.
Sorry to hear about your experience. All beauticians and hairdressers are professionally qualified in Australia and trained to the highest standard. There are many mirrors in the salon and you could have checked or asked at any time. The best nail products are used cnd shellac so im not sure why it was not durable? If you can provide feedback to the salon before leaving would be better so they can address any concerns you have.
