Team Elevate has helped me in ways I never imagined! I started out just looking for a personal trainer to regain my fitness/strength and lose a little bit of weight after my pregnancy but they opened my eyes to so many things I really didn’t think affected my health and well-being as much they did. From planning my training, the rest and recovery and even the nutritional guidance they are helping me taking care of my mind, body and spirit as a whole and the fact they are mobile and come to me at times that work for me I really feel blessed to have found Team Elevate!
Taha and his team are extremely professional but keep everything super easy going and fun at the same time. Started group training a little while ago with a few friends with coach Taha and we are loving our sessions and learning so much every session ! We all actually look forward to training now and are getting the push we all needed which we are so thankful for :)
Was seeking a PT to help me get generally healthier overall and help me build some full body muscle and strength. Have already been seeing amazing results, coach Jason really is passionate and has an amazing knowledge for exercise and training. Was looking for somewhere to start boxing and get into shape and came across Team Elevate. This mobile coaching service is amazing from the professionalism to the expertise and having a trainer come out to both Parramatta and Drummoyne for me is super convenient as I'm able to train around my work and home life schedules. I am loving every minute of training and learning so much !
